山东卫视《先声夺人》胖胖的主持人叫童辉，武汉人，36岁。 1985年成为市京剧团演员，后改行唱流行歌曲。1997年至1999年，担当民间演艺圈经纪人。1998年后，任节目策划和舞台总监，2000年开始做主持人。2001年9月29日，成为蓝天歌剧院老板，兼任主持。

　　童辉出生于一个楚剧世家。父母都是唱楚剧的。在这样的家庭里长大，童辉从小就与别家的孩子不同：他的童年，是在唱练做打中度过的。4岁多一点儿，童辉已经能够独自将《智取威虎山》从头演到尾了。那时候父母忙，有时候连续几个晚上要演出，只好将童辉锁在家里。

　　童辉印象很深的是，当时的剧场就在自家对面。夏天蚊子多，童辉躲在蚊帐里，隔窗听着对面舞台上铿锵的锣鼓声。对面开演，他也开演，并且是既演杨子荣，又演座山雕。锣鼓声歇，对面演完了，他也准时收场。童辉说自己那架势俨然就是场上的名角，有板有眼，一丝不苟，只不过是光着膀子站在蚊帐里演罢了。

　　5岁的时候童辉顺理成章地考进了当时的武汉市戏剧学校，学京剧，扮花脸。从此开始了他长达7年的练功历程。手眼身法、说学逗唱，7年的科班训练让童辉知道了什么才叫真正的“台上一分钟，台下十年功”。童辉说当年在戏校的那一拨人，后来还出了几个名角；有的改行了，但依旧很成功，比如演电影的徐帆。而童辉在那一群京剧苗子里面，也算非常出色的一个，12岁的时候他在《赤桑镇》中饰演包拯，还拿过省里的大奖。如果不是因为戏曲市场不景气，也许童辉会一直唱下去。
